Why would my dog always always go crazy when the dog whisperer is on TV?

I really mean this -  he acts crazy! I have a Golden Retriever, and you rarely hear him bark. He won’t bark even when people come to the house!

Now, we like to watch Cesar Millan the dog whispererbut have found it necessary to put  him in the breeze way when the dog whisperer is on TV. He continues to go crazy, barking, running in circles, jumping up and down. At one time it was be funny, but now its just plain strange.
It only happens when Dog Whisperer is on. When there are dogs or any other animals on TV any other time, he could care less.

Does anyone know a canine behavior specialist in the area north of Dallas?

I live in North Dallas, and I'm looking someone who knows a canine behavior specialist who deals with aggression and fear. My dog knows basic obidience (sit, stay, roll, shake reduction), but I need someone to work on his fear and aggression.

If I were you, I'd say Operation goodness in Carrollton and ask if they have recommendations. They are so massive that I would say they have lots of ideas. Otherwise, call some of largest animal rescue groups (You can find them at petfinder.com) and ask for recommendations. I think these people could suggest names, as well. If this does not help, I do not think you'll find one in the north of Dallas F. or Addison – is at the heart of the city or somewhere like Plano. Good luck!
